Physical appearance: A handsome looking young lad with dark blue hair. That blue is so dark that it's allmost black. Haircut itself resembles Zack Fair. About 177 cm tall and with a fairly slim yet athletic bodybuild. His eyes are light blue. Wears an uniform of Commander-in-chief.
Background story: Ayasaki considered a genius by many, murdered the last Commander in chief while taking her postion. That caused many strife and many were opposed to the rule of some young boy. But that did not last long. Relentlessly and coldly Ayasaki started eliminating his plotical oppoents and even his own family members to protect the seat. With short time, a really bloody purge was created among the higher ranks of Omnitsukido. The ones who remained, bowed down in fear. Now a Ayasaki rules over Omnitsukido with a firm grip. He knows about everything since people betray eachother and report everything to Ayasaki in hope to gain his favor. That has created a situation where nobody dares to tell anything to others. A perfectly functioning loyal system. Just as the young commander in chief wants.
Because of that Omintsukido is more powerfull than ever.
His only possible opponent is Ayasakis weak-healthed young brother. Ayasaki hasn't managed to assassinate him yet, because he is studying aboard. But the loving brother is waiting for his younger brother to come home.
Personality: Appears to be very polite, intelligent and friendly young man. Always smiling and never showing any negative emotions. But his closest underlings know better. Psychotic control freak who has an obsession with perfectness.
Perfectionist he is indeed. You never see him doing anything not extremely correctly. His manners and everything are on a top notch. Also very charismatic person.
Yet allmost everyone close to him thinks that this cold murderer should die.

They say nobody is not even a close match to Ayasaki Fon in Hand to hand combat. His speed and agility are said to be on pair with a legendary Yoruichi ShihÅin. Ayasaki is also a master swordsman, tough quite often relyng on not so common sword techiniques. He mainly uses sword for assassinations only and fists for combat. Ayasaki is also a potent kido user, which allowed him to master shunko.
Inner world: A swamp with gigantic mushrooms. Water there is green. Air is filled with poisonous gas.
Inner spirit: A big spider with female voice. The spider is black and green. She can also take
a form of a young lady with long black and green hair. Their relationship is somewhat sexual
and kinda sick. Her name is Kumori.
Sealed zanpakuto: A straight ninjato wakisashi. With a light green handle and no hand guard.
Shikai: Command is "Envelop Kumori". Sword dissolves into gas, leaving Ayasaki empty handed. Witch is no problem to him. This gas is in truth mushroom spores. Everyone who inhales them will have little white funguses growing in their lungs. Those funguses emmit poisons what can create hallucinations, hysteria, suffocation or if infected longer, death. They are extremely hard to remove
and requier strong healing kido. Some say it's a perfect assassination zampakuto since the effect is virtually undetectable before too late.
Bankai: Takenema (mushroom swamp)
Mushrooms start to grow out of the ground around the area. On walls and everywhere. They then start to pop or explode emitting green gas. With that, a large area is covered in gas and more mushrooms keep growing. Since the gas is green, its hard to see and its extremely toxic. Those infected will start losing their reiatsu and strength. Also hallucinations and hysteria is common. Paralyzing effect often occurs.
Depending on the individual inhaling it constantly will generally result with death with 10 minutes to captain level shinigami.
Kido: Ayasaki has learned healing kido though he rarely uses it. Lower lever spells are easy for him to cast without incantations.
Some other powers/skills: Expert at hiding his own reiasu. Expert at detecting reiatsu. Can reate clones and afterimages due to great speed.
